Privacy notice
This notice explains what A3D Studio collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
Who we are
A3D Studio is a 3D visualization studio based in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico, serving clients in the United States. You can reach us any time at contactoa3d@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to include — your phone number, company, project details, and any files you attach. We use it to answer you and to quote your project. Nothing else.
- How you found us. We record basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device) and, if you arrived from an ad, the click identifier that came with you. We use it to understand which ads work.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, and may use the Meta pixel, to see which pages and ads bring people here. These set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. The site works fine either way.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us run the site or answer you. In practice, that means our form provider (Web3Forms), our email provider (Google), and our analytics providers (Google, and Meta if the pixel is active). Your project files stay with us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email and our own system for as long as we might reasonably still be working with you. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to contactoa3d@gmail.com and ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not make it difficult.
Children
This site is for business inquiries and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
