Event & wedding renderings

Sell the room before you build it.

Your client cannot picture it. That is why the pitch stalls, the upsell dies, and the design gets cut. A photoreal visual of their actual venue ends the argument.

$1,000 for a full event (5–8 visuals) · a real quote within 24 hours

Who this is for

The people who have to sell a feeling.

Wedding planners & event designers

Walk into the pitch with the room already built. Couples sign faster when they can see it, and they say yes to the bigger floral package when it is in front of them.

Venues & hotels

Show every configuration of your ballroom without staging a single one. One set of renders sells the space to a hundred clients.

Corporate & brand experiences

Get the activation approved by a committee that has never seen it. Renders travel through an approval chain better than a floor plan does.

Floral & décor studios

Price the installation the client actually wants, because they can see what they are buying.

The work

Rooms that did not exist when we drew them.

Every image below was built from a real floor plan and a real design. Click any one to see it full size.

Also: the boring one that sells

3D floor plans your client can actually read.

A 2D seating chart means nothing to a bride. Show her the room from above, furnished, and the table conversation takes five minutes instead of five emails.

What you get

Everything you need to walk into the pitch.

Your venue, not a stock room

We model the actual space — the real ceiling, the real columns, the real windows. From a floor plan, or from photos if that is all you have.

Ceremony, reception, details

Wide shots that sell the scale, and close shots that sell the tablescape. Both close different clients.

3D floor plans and seating

The room from above, furnished. Ends the seating argument.

Same-day revisions

Move the dance floor, change the linen, swap the florals. Ask in the morning, see it that afternoon.

How it goes

From your floor plan to the pitch, in four steps.

01

Send what you have

A floor plan, a venue photo, a mood board, a Pinterest link. Anything. We will tell you what is missing.

02

We build the room

Your actual venue, in 3D — the real dimensions, the real ceiling, the real light.

03

You approve the angle

We show you the framing and the lighting before we render. Nothing final gets made behind your back.

04

You pitch and close

Final visuals in 5-7 business days. Revisions the same day you ask for them.

What it costs

One package, the whole event.

Full event package

from $1,000 per event

One package covers your whole event: 5–8 visuals — the ceremony, the reception and the details. An extra angle later reuses the same model, so it costs little.

  • Your real venue, modeled from the floor plan
  • Ceremony, reception and detail angles
  • 3D floor plans and seating layouts
  • Same-day revisions
  • Full rights to the images once paid

One event or the whole season — extra angles reuse the model you already paid for. See what drives the cost

Questions

Straight answers.

What do you need from me to start?

A floor plan of the venue and some sense of the design — a mood board, a Pinterest link, a few reference photos. If you do not have a floor plan, venue photos and rough dimensions will do. We will tell you what is missing before we quote.

How fast can you turn one around?

Five to seven business days for a typical set of event visuals. If you are pitching on Friday, say so — we will tell you honestly whether we can make it instead of promising and missing.

Can you render a venue you have never seen?

Yes. That is the normal case. We build it from the floor plan and photos. We work US hours, so if we need a dimension you can send it and we will still finish that day.

What if the client changes the design?

That is what revisions are for. Moving the dance floor, changing the linens, swapping the floral is a same-day edit. A different venue or a redesigned concept is a new project, and we will say so before we start it.

Do you work with planners outside my city?

We work with planners anywhere in the US. The studio is remote, we work US Central Time, and everything happens over email and calls.

Can I use these in my own marketing?

Yes. Once the project is paid, the images are yours — website, Instagram, pitch decks, print. We ask for nothing back.

Start a project

Send us the floor plan.

Tell us the venue, the date and roughly what the design is. We come back with a fixed price and a delivery date the same business day.
