How fast will I hear back?
The same business day. We work US Central Time, so an inquiry you send in the morning gets a reply in your morning.
What should I send?
Whatever you have. A floor plan, a DWG, a PDF, photos of the space, a mood board, or three sentences describing it. We will tell you what is missing before we quote.
Do I have to book a call?
No. Most projects get quoted over email, and that is usually faster for both of us. The call is there if you want it.
How do I pay?
US dollars, by bank transfer or card. Fifty percent to start, the balance on delivery, with a proper invoice in English.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send anything. Just say so in your first message.
